After the site visit you get a written scope and quote, usually within 5 business days (larger jobs and stalled builds can take longer while we review plans and contracts). Any variations are discussed and agreed with you before additional work begins.

We build, you stay informed

Once you accept and pay the deposit, we lock in your start date. We handle permits, subcontractors, and inspections. You get regular updates without having to chase us.

Renify is a Melbourne-based residential builder led by Director Zabi Azizi. We build custom homes, renovations, extensions and knockdown rebuilds, deliver small unit and townhouse developments, and take over projects other builders have left unfinished.
